These Terms of Service govern all commission relationships between clients and Lustable3DX. By submitting a commission request, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
By submitting a commission request to Lustable3DX, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, do not submit a request.
You must be 18 years of age or older to commission work from Lustable3DX. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to view and commission adult content.
Lustable3DX will not create content depicting: • Non-consensual or dubious-consent scenarios • Minors or characters that appear underage • Violence, gore, or blood • Hate imagery, symbols, or content targeting protected groups • Real persons without documented consent
All commissions require full payment upfront via Stripe before work begins. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Invoices expire after 72 hours; expired invoices require resubmission.
No refunds are available once production has begun. If work has not yet started post-payment, a full refund may be issued within 24 hours of payment at admin discretion. Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete work at admin discretion.
Up to 2 minor revisions are included with every commission. Major revisions are subject to additional fees. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Estimated completion dates are communicated through your commission tracker and are estimates only, not guarantees. Complex commissions, technical issues, or personal circumstances may affect delivery.
You receive a personal, non-commercial license to the commissioned artwork. You may display it publicly for personal use and share it with attribution. Commercial usage requires a separate agreement.
Lustable3DX retains the right to display commissioned work in the public portfolio and on social media unless privacy is discussed and agreed in advance.
Topaz Gigapixel AI and Topaz Video AI are used solely for post-production upscaling. No generative AI tools are used in the creation of commissioned artwork.
All commission communication should occur through the Lustable3DX platform and tracker system once the request is live.
Lustable3DX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time. If a commission is cancelled by the artist after payment, a full refund will be issued.
These terms may be updated at any time. Commissions in progress at the time of a terms update are subject to the terms in effect at time of submission.
